Principles of Operation
When the thermostat
temperature drops below set point, a low voltage
relay closes contact, that provides power to the
circulator.
The circulator will provide pressure to close the
pressure switch. The pressure switch closes the
circuit to the power contactor for the heating
elements. Within the same circuit that provides the
current for the contactor, there are two
temperature switches that are normally closed.
After the pressure switch closes the circuit, the
contactor will provide the current for the heat
elements.
All loops will be
supplied in the WarmmFloors heating system. When set point is reached,
the low voltage relay will disconnect and turn off
the circulator.
The liquid level must be at or above
the tank level marking. When liquid level is too low, an audio alarm will sound
and disable (protect) the circulator and the heating elements.
